Below you'll find some answers to common questions about our salon.

  1. Can I book two treatments or services?

Yes, however you need to book these separately. Book and complete your first treatment or service, then book and complete your second treatment or service.

2. Will I receive a reminder prior to my appointment?

Yes, 24 hours before your appointment you will receive an SMS notification reminding you of your appointment.

3. How early or late can I arrive for my appointment?

On the day of your appointment please arrive on time (we prefer 15 minutes early) to relax and enjoy your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please be aware that we may have to reschedule your appointment for a day when our hairstylists are available.

 

4. What are the terms of cancelling my appointment?

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Kindly see our cancellations policy for further details.

5. Does the salon take walk-ins?

Booking an appointment necessary for all treatments. We do not encourage walk-ins in order avoid waiting and to ensure quality service to all our customer.

6. What if I lose a personal item at the salon?

Even though we ensure the safety of customers while at the store, ASANA cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.

7. Can I bring my kids?

We love children, of all ages. To ensure their safety and a relaxing experience for all our clients, we ask that your children visit us at ASANA only when they have an appointment and are accompanied by an adult. 

​

8. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit and credit cards. Unfortunately we DO NOT accept cash. 

​

9. Can I tip my hairstylist ?

Yes, tipping is left to your discretion. We are able to add tips to your card payment.
